How to Install Apple iPod Software Using iTunes
iPod plays an important role in today's world. If you want to transfer the music from your computer to the IPod by downloading iTunes and vice versa it is required to install Apple iPod software in your computer by using ITunes you are required to follow the 6 steps:
Step1: The first step is to Visit the apple website, http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/then you need to click on 'Download Now after this Save the downloaded software at the Desktop of your computer, then' double click' the 'iTunes' icon so that it will get installed and you are required to start it up.
Step2: The cable that you get with your iPod, you need to connect the dock connector end of the cable to the dock connector that is at the bottom of your iPod and connect the USB end of the cable to the USB port of your computer or laptop. Secondly plug the USB connector side of the shuffle dock to a high powered USB port on your computer then plug the iPod shuffle into the dock. Connect the iPod shuffle
Step3: In this step iTunes should recognize your iPod then you can see Setup Assistant' wizard on the screen of your system this will help you to set up your iPod. At the top field type the name of your iPod.
Step4: If you want to transfer the entire music library from your ITunes to the iPod then choose the "automatically update songs on my IPod" checkbox you need to plug it in each time, however if you want to transfer the selected music from the iTunes to your iPod then deselect the checkbox.
Step5: Those iPods with color display your iTunes can automatically copy the photos and transfer the same to the iPod, by choosing automatically copy photos to my iPod checkbox, if you want to transfer some selected photos then deselect the checkbox.
Step6: In order to go to the next screen you need to click "Next". You can register your iPod by clicking register my iPod. At last click "Finish" and open iTunes.
By this you can download all your favorite songs, videos, e-books etc. to your iPod.
